Our Mission
At Carolina Rivals Lacrosse, we are aiming to provide an opportunity for Triangle area athletes to learn the game of lacrosse in a fun, development-centered format. The Carolina Rivals Lacrosse League uses a "sixes" format for our games, which mimics what will take place at the Olympics and other sports such as basketball and hockey. Come play the fastest game on two feet!

Our Mission
Registration is now open for the 2026 Carolina Rivals Lacrosse League. Athletes will open the season with training camps, followed by team practices and Saturday games. The season is an 8 week season starting mid-February and running end of April. New & Experienced athletes are welcome, and we will provide regional sites for community growth. Questions? All players are required to have helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, stick, mouth guard, and cleats/running shoes(any sport).
