Our Mission
At Carolina Rivals Lacrosse, we are aiming to provide an opportunity for Triangle area athletes to learn the game of lacrosse in a fun, development-centered format. The Carolina Rivals Lacrosse League uses a "sixes" format for our games, which mimics what will take place at the Olympics and other sports such as basketball and hockey. Come play the fastest game on two feet!

Our Mission
Rivals Lacrosse leagues run in the Fall and Spring each year. Fall season runs end of August through end of October, and spring season runs February through end of April. Registration will be updated as programs become available. League format typically involves one training per week, and one game per week. Gameday will consist of a short training and team practice followed by a league game.
